This war has been going on for about 25 years now, and even I only found out about it 5 years ago. The LRA is an outrageous group and does need to be stopped. Hopefully now that the general public is more aware of the situation going on in Uganda, there will be more pressure on our government to stop ignoring the issue and finally act on it. After all, our government gets itself involved in nearly every other country's issues. I have to say, I am so glad that this issue is finally being acknowledged.
