You would think making a bear is an easy task for a college student, but it takes a lot of decision making! It was funny to see everyone changing their mind as to what animal they wanted and what to name it. While I waited in line I must have changed my mind about what one I wanted five times. This is one of the most popular events from The Griffin After Dark. I was told to get there early and many people must have got the memo…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…

Living in Buffalo, I am used to the city and everything it has to offer. To me, it’s cool to go to Rochester and go to their big coffee spot “Javas”, instead of going to Spot Coffee on Elmwood. Walking around the city there was so much more enjoyable, since I’ve never seen any of the buildings. I would always stop Alicia and ask “what building is that?” or “can we go there?”. It was funny because I was…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…

There are always ways to make the best out of worst situations. Throughout the semester I met a lot of great people. It’s all about being outgoing and not afraid to make new friends. I didn’t get how we could get so much snow at home living so close, and none at school. Many of us were waiting for our turn at school. Then finally, we got our share. A good foot or so was all we needed to have an intense snowball war. My good friend Tán sent out a quick Facebook post to meet in the quad at 8:30. Little did we know, a good thirty of us showed up…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…

The air is getting colder and frost is appearing on the cars. Walks to Health Science are becoming a little more terrible but hey, it’s almost over. This is the time of year I wish I snowboarded or skied. I think the winters would be a little more enjoyable if I had something fun to do to pass the time. You never know with Buffalo winters…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. I’m not sure if it’s the fact that we celebrate my Birthday on Thanksgiving or if it’s just the food. Either way, I love going to my grandmas house and having the traditional cake war where my little cousins think it’s funny to wipe frosting all over my face…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…
