The Center for Online Learning & Innovation is seeking student workers for part-time work (10 – 20 hours a week.) Tasks include:
- Producing video tutorials showing how to use online applications for students, faculty and staff. (See for example.)
- Planning small-to-medium-sized events (5 – 20 participants.)
- Providing 1-1 assistance to faculty or staff in the use of online technologies such as D2L, Google/G Suite Applications, screencasting tools, and others.
Pay is $11.10 per hour. Applicants do not need strong technology skills, but basic web navigation skills and especially a strong growth mindset is a must. Students can keep copies or link to all work they produce, for their professional portfolio.
