Rise above

In a world full of negativity, it’s always hard to NOT let the words and actions go straight to your head and your heart. There are always going to be people bringing us down for one reason or another, but what do we do with that? Here are some ways to rise above the negatively of others.

1) Remember the POSITIVES and FOCUS on them! It’s not easy, but it’s often enough to get your mind off negative aspects.

2) Recognize your thought patterns. Once we recognize our thought patterns. We can choose how we act toward those thoughts.

3) Don’t be so hard on yourself and others. Negative thoughts toward yourself and others is unproductive to your life. Being hard on yourself often creates low self confidence and self esteem. We all want to feel good about ourselves right??

4) Overcome guilt and regret. These feelings create negatively.
